THE LAND BUYING PROCESS
This is the land buying process for utilizing my affordable owner financing plan. This is the route most of my buyers take.

SIGN THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
I will put together a custom purchase agreement for our deal. I will email it to you and we will both sign it electronically so our deal is legally binding.

SEND ME THE DOWN PAYMENT
After you make our deal legally binding by signing the purchase agreement, I will request your down payment for the land. I accept payment through a variety of e-payment services like CashApp, Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo. You can use whichever one you prefer. Most of my customers use CashApp.

SIGN THE LAND CONTRACT
After you've paid the down payment, I will put together a contract for our deal that includes a promissory note, a land sale contract and an agreement for the sale of the land. I will email it to you and we will both sign it electronically.

WE'RE IN BUSINESS!
After you've signed the land contract, we are officially in business! I will be texting you a month from the day you signed the land contract to request your first months payment. Once you have completed all payments, I will create the deed and get the land transferred over to your name! Woot Woot!
